Vesterled Brickyard
In June 1843, Duke Christian August II gave Frederik Christensen permission to build and run the brickyard at Vesterled.
The brickyard has remained in the family since then with current owner Andreas Christensen being the 6th generation of the family dynasty.
One of the factory’s presses is over 50 years old and still in fine shape producing special units in the factory’s specials department.
